I have always enjoyed taking things apart, exploring how they work and respecting the engineer or artist that created it. Until July of 2020, woodworking was a hobby. I always enjoyed it, but when I was left to my own vices, I found myself experimenting with new species of wood, new tools to make my work more efficient and increase precision.
My inspiration comes from many areas. Most of my professional life has been in foodservice, so if it is used to serve food, prep food or decorate your residence or professional establishment, I'm up for the challenge.
Just as we are all unique, every piece I make is created carefully and intentionally to give you a one-of-a-kind piece.
Little Red Shed was dreamt up in the summer of 2020 while working out of my "little red shed".
Process
All of my pieces are created to be unique and made for life. If you like a past piece I made, I am happy to make that piece again.
If you have a specific request for a custom chopping board/cutting board, email me and I will promptly respond. If a custom piece is requested, All custom work progress will be recorded with photos and sent to you, upon request.

I create pieces you can enjoy for a lifetime. Every item i sell is supplied with care instructions so that you can keep your investment looking new. All food service items are preserved with food-grade mineral oils and plant based waxes.
