Terms and Conditions

I stand behind all of my creations.  If you ever experience any issues with craftsmanship, I will resolve the issue.  Wood shrinks and expands and requires some maintenance.  I will give you the information to maintain your purchase, but have no control once it leaves my shop.  

Terms and Agreements can vary based on the situation:

• Special orders require a 40% down payment and in most situations, cannot be cancelled.  Contact me for details.
• Items in stock at the shop can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Customer pays shipping for all returns, not related to craftsmanship.
• Shipping costs are paid by customer.  I prefer to be transparent about the cost of my items and not hide it in the cost of goods.
• I warranty my work for 1 year, unless it is apparent abuse.  That said, anything can be repaired and you may contact me for consultations on repairs.
• Craftsmanship issues are addressed on a "per instance" basis and are all unique.
• Little Red Shed LLC is a registered business
• I reserve the right to refuse service and reserve the right to cancel services for whatever reason.  This will be a conversation between the customer and myself.
